As an administrator, you identify which the JX networks that see your facilities resources in Juvare Exchange. Sharing facility resource details means the name, location, and basic details it will appear on the map in Juvare Exchange dashboard. The networks with which you share this information can see the facilities on the map, and participants can click the map icon for details.Sharing facilities to obtain basic information. Sharing resource details is distinct from sharing information about incidents. If an incident occurs at a shared facility, you still need to decide whether to share that information with Juvare Exchangestatus updates. You choose whether to share status updates with Juvare Exchange networks.
Note: Resources details are only shared with and displayed in Juvare Exchange when latitude and longitude have been entered for that resource.
To share
facility resource details with JX networks
- On the main menu, point to Planning Setup and in the list, click Facilities Resources. The Facility Administration Resource List page opens.
- On the left, click the name of the facility you want to share. The Details for [YourFacilityName] opens on the right.
- Toward the bottom, click Details. The Details drawer opens, and when Juvare Exchange has been enabled for the domain and facility, you see two network links.
- Click Associated JX Networks. The JX Networks window opens.
- resource row, click Sharing with JX. The Resource Sharing Networks page
- Select Search or scroll to select the check box for JX networks with which you want to share facility resource details.
- If appropriate, select the Associate all domain facilities with these Share all Resources in the RegionName with selected networks check box to automatically share details locational information for all facilities resources in your domain region with the selected JX networks.
Note: You can repeat this procedure on individual facilities resources to add or remove facility resource details from various networks.
- Click Save.
