As a Regional Administrator, you can delete forms that are no longer used. Deleted forms are removed from the solution and no longer available for administrators or users.
Note: Forms created by Juvare cannot be deleted.
- On the upper right, click System Settings.
- On the left, under Other Settings, click Patient Forms. The Forms Configuration page opens.
- Locate the form you want to delete. On that row, in the Actions menu, click Delete. A Warning window opens asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click Yes. The Forms Configuration page appears and your form is no longer in the list.
