Regional Administrators can run a Policy Acceptance Report. The report provides you with the information you need on an individual policy statement and the users who viewed it and accepted or rejected it.

Select the statement you want to report on. The report is generated in PDF format.

To generate this report

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Click Policy Acceptance Report. The Set Report Parameters page opens.
  3. Select the specific policy statement.
  4. Click Run Report. The Generating report window opens, asking whether .
  5. Do you want to generate another report.Click, click Yes or No, as appropriate.

The report shows the total active users in the Region, the number who rejected the statement, and the number who accepted it. Users who have rejected the policy appear first in the list of users, sorted in alphabetical order by last name. Thereafter, the report shows those who accepted the policy. Last, the report includes those who have not yet responded; these users have not logged in since the latest version of the policy statement was enabled.

Each user record includes their name, username, response, the version of the policy statement, and the date and time of acceptance or rejection.

If policy acceptance is required at each login, the user's most recent login date for this statement appears in the report.
