EMSupply automatically generates notifications when certain inventory changes occur, such as when an item reaches its expiration date or a kit or item is due for maintenance.

Notifications are delivered in a digest format. The solution collects all automatically generated notifications for the specified period in a single email. As a location, region, or customer administrator, you can choose to receive this digest on a weekly or monthly basis. This setting is in your profile. Monthly is the default setting.

You can also choose to never receive notifications. If you are a Location Administrator, this is not recommended.

To set or change notification preferences

  1. On the Settings tab, click My Profile. The My Profile page opens.
  2. Under Preferences, select the Email Notification Frequency:
    • Never
    • Weekly (sent every Monday, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time)
    • Monthly (sent the first Monday of the month, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time)
  3. For Notify Resource Request, select the check box for all statuses for which you want to be notified.
  4. Click Save.
