Deactivating a user person's account nullifies their access to EMResource and all information therein. Deactivation means the user Someone with a deactivated account cannot log in to EMResource and notifications are no longer sentto any of the user's contact details.
To deactivate
a user's
an account
From any page, open the Setup menu in the main navigation bar and click Users. The Users List
In the main menu, click Setup and, in the list, click Users. The Users List opens.
Locate the
user in the list
person and click
the Edit link. The Edit User page
their Full Name. The View User page opens.
Select
Above the User
Status
Profile section, click Edit.
In the Login Credentials section, clear the Active checkbox.
Click Save.
check box.
Click Save. The Confirm User Deactivation page opens.
