If it did not open automatically, do one of the following:

    In the solution bar,

    Click the quick link. The form opens.

    In the main menu,

    a.    Click Form and, in the list, select Activate Form. The Activate Forms page opens.

    b.    Locate the form and, on that row, click Fill Form. The form opens in a new window.

    a.    Click Form and, in the list, select Form List. The My Forms List opens.

    b.    Locate the form and, on that row, click Fill Out. The form opens in a new window.

    In the page utilities bar,

    a.    Click Pending Forms. The My Forms List opens.

    b.    Locate the form and, on that row, click Fill Out.

  • Click the form's quick link, and proceed to step 3.

  • Open the Form menu in the main navigation bar and select Activate Form. The Activate Forms page opens.

  • Open the Form menu in the main navigation bar and select Form List. The My Forms List opens.

  • Click the pending forms button on the right side of the page. The My Forms List opens.

  • If you are in the Activate Forms page, locate the form and click its Fill Form link.

  • If you are in the My Forms List, locate the form and click its Fill Out link.
