Throughout the After Action Review and follow-up processes, you can change the improvement issue's status. In this way, you and other users can know the progress that has been made. Status changes are recorded and available from the issue's history.

Note: Improvement issues can be accessed from the Home page, as described in this procedure, or from the Incident Dashboard (select the Improvement Plan tab).

To change the issue status

  1. Point to Recovery and click Improvement Plan. The Improvement Plan page opens.

  2. On the left, click Issue View.

  3. Select the types of issues you want to view: AllOpenClosed, or Deleted.

  4. Locate the improvement issue, and then click Edit. The Edit Improvement Issue window opens.

  5. Click the Status.

  6. Click Save.
