Deactivating a

user

person's account nullifies their access to EMResource and all information therein.

Deactivation removes the user's primary email address from the profile

Someone with a deactivated account cannot log in to EMResource and notifications are no longer sent.

To deactivate

From any page, open the Setup menu in the main navigation bar and click Users. The Users List
  1. In the main menu, click Setup and, in the list, click Users. The Users List opens.
  2. Locate the
user in the list
  1. person and click
the Edit link. The Edit User page
  1. their Full Name. The View User page opens.
Select
  1. Above the User
Status check box.
  • Click Save.
