Timeslots in Juvare Events are the blocks of time that are segmented for patient appointments. Timeslots, including the start and end times, duration, items offered, and quantity, are configured by the event creator.

To add timeslots

  1. In Juvare Events, on the left, click Events. The Events page opens.
  2. Locate the event and , on that row, click Open Event Dashboard. The Event Dashboardclick the name. The Events settings page opens.
  3. On the left, click the Dates.

  4. Click Create a New Date or Create Many New Dates.
  5. If you chose Create Many New Dates, enter the repetition rules.
  6. Enter the start and end times.

  8. Use the repetition rule at the top of the page to specify the days of your event.

  9. Use the Preview area on the right to ensure you selected the correct days.
  10. Click Add many time slots.
  11. Specify when your event starts and when it ends, along with how long your time slots should be.
  12. Click Create.

  13. In In the General Information area, enter the required information.
    Note: You do not need to enter the latitude and longitude.
    If appropriate, in the Timeline area, enter the pre-sale informationregistration start and end time.
  14. In the Quotas area, for Name, enter the name and available quantity for eachIf there are products listed in the Total Capacity areaa name.
  15. If you want to limit the number of attendees in each time slot, for Total capacity, enter the number.
  16. For Products, select the check box and enter the quantity for relevant products.
  17. If you want to add more products, click Add a New Quota and repeat step 9.
  18. In the Item Price area, enter zero for each product.
  19. boxes for the products to which you want the quota applied.
