You can

print or

export the details of events to which you have access, including those for your region and other regions

. These options appear in the upper right corner of the 

, through the Event Status

pages.

Note: When you print a resource or event status view, you may find that the right side of the information is cut off. This can occur due to a setting in your browser. As a workaround, when your browser's Print window opens, change the orientation setting to Landscape and print the view again.

If you have the Report - Event Snapshot right, you can take a "snapshot" of nearly any event at a specific point in its history and then

print or

export it in the spreadsheet (XLSX) format. This can be useful

in a number of scenarios, such as

, for example, when you need to provide the information to a regulatory body

. When you click print or excel you are presented with a couple of options.

Current View or Detail

To print or export the current view

If you do not have snapshot rights, print or export the current view as follows:

  1. Open the event's status page.
  2. Click print or excel. When printing, your default printer's Print window opens. When exporting, you can choose to open or save the file.

If you have snapshot rights, print the current view as follows:

  1. Open the event's status page.
  2. Click print or excel. The option window opens.
  3. Select Use current date and time.
  4. Click Generate Report. When printing, your default printer's Print window opens. When exporting, you can choose to open or save the file.

Snapshot

If you have the appropriate snapshot rights, you can generate a snapshot of the data as it existed for an event at a particular date and time.

The snapshot:

  • Is generated in PDF format (printing) or spreadsheet format (exporting).

  • Is formatted as a report.

  • Information is organized in the same way as in the view

    If the event details include resources and/or status types that did not exist at the time of the snapshot, "N/A" appears as the status.

    To

    print or export a snapshot of the event
    1. Open the event's status page.
    2. Click print or excel. The option window opens.
    3. Select Specify a date and time.
    4. Enter or select the Date.
    5. Select the Hours and Minutes.
      Tip: Time is in 24-hour format. Example: 1:10 PM is 13 Hours and 10 Minutes.
    6. Click Generate Report. When printing, the snapshot opens in a new tab or window. When exporting, you can choose to open or save the file.

    7. If you are printing, click Print.

    export an event view

    1. In the top banner's event bar, click the event. The Event Status page opens.
    2. Click Export. The Generate Snapshot Report window opens.
    3. Take one of these actions.

      If you want to...Then...
      Use the current date and time,

      Click Use Current Date And Time,

      Use a specific date and time,
      1. Click Specify Date And Time.
      2. For Select Date, enter the date and time you want to capture.
    4. Click Generate Snapshot Report. The window updates with the completed report. 
    5. Click the name of the report (XLSX). The report downloads according to your browser settings.
