In preparation for an SNS incident, RSS and POD sites are configured through the SNS tab, using Location Setup. Available locations correspond with locations identified in your domain that represent regions and locations.

In general, each state has one or two established RSS site and multiple POD sites. EMSupply allows you to designate these sites beforehand, and then select relevant sites on an incident.

To add RSS and POD sites

1. On the SNS tab, in the Available Locations area, select the check box for all locations you want to designate as either RSS, POD, or closed POD sites.
2. Click Add RSS Site, Add POD Site, or Add Closed POD Site. The selected sites appear in the corresponding area on the right.

To remove RSS and POD sites

1. On the SNS tab, in the RSS Sites, POD Sites, and Closed POD Sites area, select the check box for locations you want to remove.
2. Click Remove. The selected sites appear in the Available Locations area.
