As a Regional Administrator, you can view forms to see how they appear and verify that required fields and field configurations have been added. At the same time, you can validate field entry formats.

To view and validate a form

  1. On the upper right, click System Settings.
  2. On the left, under Other Settings, click Patient Forms. The Forms Configuration page opens.
  3. Locate the form you want to view. On that row, in the Actions menu, click View. The form opens.  
  4. To validate the form:
    1. Enter data in required fields.
    2. At the bottom of the form, click Validate. If there are errors, invalid fields are highlighted and a message appears at the top of the page.
  5. When you are done viewing and validating the form, click Close.
