As a Regional Administrator, you decide whether your EMTrack system matches patient records based on alternate identifiers.

To enable or disable matching

1. On the upper right, click System Settings.
2. On the left, under Other Settings, click Regional Settings. The Regional Settings page opens.
3. In the Other Settings section, for Match On Alternate Identifiers, take one of these actions.
   1. To enable matching, select the check box.
   2. To disable matching, clear the check box.
4. Click Save.
