Authorized administrators can delete preferred provider lists.

To delete a list

1. On the upper right, click System Settings.
2. On the left, under Providers, click Preferred Providers. The Preferred Providers page opens.
3. Locate the list and click its delete icon. A window opens asking you to confirm the deletion.
4. Click Yes.
