CTimeslots in Juvare Events are the blocks of time that are segmented for patient appointments. Timeslots, including the start and end times, duration, items offered, and quantity, are configured by the event creator.

To edit timeslots

  1. In Juvare Events, on the left, click Events. The Events page opens.
  2. Locate the event and click the name to open the event settings.
  3. On the left, click Dates.
  4. In the table, select the check boxes for timeslots you want to edit.
  5. Toward the bottom of the page, click Edit selected. The Edit page opens.
  6. For the data elements you want to edit, click Change.
  7. Click Save.

To delete timeslots

  1. In Juvare Events, on the left, click Events. The Events page opens.
  2. Locate the event and click the name to open the event settings.
  3. On the left, click Dates.
  4. In the table, select the check boxes for timeslots you want to delete.
  5. Toward the bottom of the page, click Delete selected. A confirmation page opens.
  6. Click Delete.
