EMSupply automatically generates notifications when certain inventory changes occur, such as when an item reaches its expiration date or a kit or item is due for maintenance.
Notifications are delivered in a digest format. The solution collects all automatically generated notifications for the specified period in a single email. As a location, region, or customer administrator, you can choose to receive this digest on a weekly or monthly basis. This setting is in your profile. Monthly is the default setting.
You can also choose to never receive notifications. If you are a Location Administrator, this is not recommended.
To set or change notification preferences
- On the Settings tab, click My Profile. The My Profile page opens.
- Under Preferences, select the Email Notification Frequency:
- Never
- Weekly (sent every Monday, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time)
- Monthly (sent the first Monday of the month, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time)
- For Notify Resource Request, select the check box for all statuses for which you want to be notified.
- Click Save.
