Home > EMSupply > EMSupply Users > Basic and Administrative Accounts

In EMSupply there are two main types of user accounts, basic and administrative.

Basic accounts offer access to inventory and inventory tasks, as well as incidents and reports. People with basic accounts can update their profile, and if they have access to more than one sub location, they can change their location.

Along with their type of account, the person’s location in the domain hierarchy determines their access to inventory. In addition to the rights afforded a basic account, administrative accounts can manage locational details and user accounts for their administrative level. For example, a Customer Administrator can manage their organization’s domains, as well as the locations and user accounts contained therein.

There are three administrative account levels.
