You can change an item's maintenance schedule at any time. This can involve setting a different base maintenance date or changing the interval between dates.
If you have access to more than one location, this tab allows you to narrow your results by selecting a specific location using the change location feature.
Note: An item does not appear in your Maintenance tab unless maintenance features have been enabled.
To change the schedule
- On the Inventory tab, click Maintenance. The Maintenance page opens.
- If appropriate, select a location (change location).
- Select Scheduled Inventory.
- Locate and select the item.
Tip: Use the Search field at the top of the table to locate the item. - Click Maintenance. The Maintenance Record window opens.
- In Action, select Scheduled Maintenance.
- If appropriate, change the Maintenance Date.
- If appropriate, change the Interval.
- If appropriate, change the Maintained By.
- If appropriate, enter Comments.
- Click Save.
