Authorized users can delete a provider facility.

To delete a facility

1. On the upper right, click System Settings.
2. On the left, under Providers, click Provider Facilities. The Provider Facilities page opens.
3. Click Delete. A window opens asking you to confirm the deletion.
4. Click OK.
