Discharging a patient in EMTrack indicates that they are no longer being tracked and changes their status to No Longer Tracking. It does not discharge them from the hospital or indicate that they have been discharged from the hospital. Discharged patients still appear in your dashboard because their records are still active. To remove patients from your dashboard, you can archive the record.

You can discharge one or more patients at a time as long as you can specify the same reason or choice for discharge.
