Juvare Events offers an array of plug-ins you can enable to aid in the creation and presentation of your events. Each plug-in needs to be enabled for each event.

To enable event plug-ins

  1. In Juvare Events, on the left, click Events. The Events page opens.

  2. Locate the event and, on that row, click Open event dashboard. The Event dashboard opens.

  3. On the left, in the Settings menu, click Plugins. The page opens to the Features tab.

  4. On the right, click to Enable these features:

    • Send out emails (emails will be sent to registrants)

    • Limit phone number country (accepts only phone numbers for the United States)

    • Pages (allows you to create and use a static page; for more information)

    • Statistics (provides event statistics)

    • Send SMS with Juvare Notify (when configured, the event sends text messages, such as successful registration and appointment reminders, to patients)

  5. Near the top, located below Installed plugins, click Customizations.

  6. On the right, click to Enable these features:

    • Hide add to calendar (hides the add to calendar option when an event or timeslot is full)

    • Hide sold out event (hides events that are full)

    • Double opt-in step (optional: sends an email requiring patients to verify their email address before they can complete registration)

    • Signature question (optional: when the word signature is included in a custom question, a digital signature field is included to capture the patient or guardian signature)

  7. Click the Output and export formats

  8. On the right, click to Enable these features:

    • PDF ticket output (allows patients to print tickets as PDFs)

    • Report exporter (allows you to export printable reports)

    • Passbook tickets (allows patients to generate passbook tickets)
