The Individual Patient Detail Report displays the details in a patient record, such as demographics, treatment, transport history, medications, procedures, images, and more. You can generate this report for one or multiple patients at one time.

To generate the detail report for one patient

  1. Find the patient or client record:
    • In a client list gadget.
    • By clicking the view icon in the client list gadget to open the patient list.
    • By clicking an area in a client summary gadget to open the patient list.
    • By using the Filters tab.
  2. In the gadget, patient list, or search results, click the view icon for the patient. The Detailed Patient Information window opens.
  3. Click More, point to Views, and select Detail Report.
  4. Save or open the file, as appropriate.

To generate the detail report for one or more patients

  1. Find the set of records by:
    • Clicking the view icon in the client list gadget to open the patient list.
    • Clicking an area in a client summary gadget to open the patient list.
    • Using the Filters tab.
  2. In the patient list or your search results, select the check box for each patient and client you want to include in the report.
    Tip: Your selections are retained as you move between multiple pages of records.
  3. Click Views and select Detail Report.
  4. Save or open the file, as appropriate. The system generates the report in PDF format.

The primary image from the client's record appears in the upper left corner of each page of the report. The Images section shows all images (with a maximum of 10) associated with the patient's record, in the order in which they were added to the record.

Image information includes the following:

  • Thumbnail of the image
  • Date and time the image was saved/uploaded
  • User name of the individual who captured (via handheld device) or uploaded the image
  • Description entered for the image

Note: The system saves signatures captured with a handheld device as images; for these images, the description includes the text of the form that was signed.
