As an administrator, you can easily set or change the owner of a personal or division filter. Owners have editing and configuration rights. In addition to setting this up when you create it, you can edit this setting for an existing filter.

If you are a Regional Administrator, you can set this up for region-level administrators.

To set or change ownership

  1. Click the Filters tab.
  2. In the left pane, click the Find Filters link. A window opens.
  3. Select the appropriate tab:
    1. My Filters
    2. Your division or region
  4. Click the filter you want to change. The window closes and the Filters tab shows the details for this filter.
  5. If you want to see the search results before you make the change, click Search.
  6. Click Save. The Save window opens.
  7. In Owner:
    1. To retain or set sole ownership, select Personal.
    2. To extend ownership and editing rights to your division's administrators, select your division name.
  8. Click Save.
