A Regional Administrator can track their users' interactions with the policy statements that require users to accept them prior to gaining access to EMTrack.

The administrator can view an individual's interaction with policy statements and run a report showing the region's users and their acceptance or rejection of statements. The system saves the response with the user's account. This information includes the date and time of the user's response, and the title and version of the policy.

The system does not track statements or messages that do not require user acceptance. Therefore, these do not appear in the report.

To view a response

On the upper right, click System Settings.

On the left, under Users & Devices, click UsersThe Users page opens.

Locate the user you want to view and on that row, click the edit icon. The User Administration - Update window opens. The Policy Statements Accepted section appears toward the bottom of the page.

Note: If the user must accept the policy statement each time they log in, the most recent login date appears in the Review Date column.
