The Security Question feature in EMSupply allows you to reset your password when you have forgotten it. The solution automatically displays your security question. When you answer it correctly, the solution lets you reset your own password. If you do not have a security question set up, you must contact your administrator to get your password reset.
To update your security question
- On the Settings tab, click My Profile. The My Profile page opens.
- Click Edit Security Questions. The Set Up Your Password Challenge window opens.
- Select a Question from the predefined list.
- Enter your Answer.
- Click Submit.
