Notifications are the email, text, and voice messages that you send and receive through CORES HAN. There are various delivery methods; however, most of these are methods located outside of your CORES HAN solution. Notifications that you receive through CORES HAN, when a message is sent internally, appear in your Inbox. 

Delivery Methods

There are four main ways that notifications are delivered through CORES HAN, these include email, text, voice, and inbox messages. When creating a notification, you can choose to send the message through one or more of these channels.

Additionally, anytime you are sending a notification, you can also choose to send it internally, to the recipients CORES HAN inbox.

• Email – Email messages are sent to valid email addresses that consist of a prefix and domain in the appropriate format. For example, example@mail.com. 
• Text – Text messages are sent to mobile or other compatible devices with a valid phone number and cellular or wi-fi connectivity. 
• Voice – Voice messages are sent to telephones with a valid phone number and service. 
• Inbox – Internal messages are sent to the recipient’s CORES HAN Inbox. 

Inbox

The Inbox page lists all internal notifications that you have received. Internal notifications are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recently received notifications on the top. Notifications are listed by type and subject, sender, and the date the notification was received.
