The Find Resources feature

allows

quickly locate resources and sub-resources within the regions to which you have access.

To open the search page, open

You can perform this search within the Regional Info menu

in the main navigation bar and select Find Resources. You can also click the Search link in the upper right corner of the application page. The Find Resources page opens.

Use the What? section to search for a resource or sub-resource by its name, AHA ID, and/or category

or through the search located on the upper right of the solution. Then, you can add the resources to your custom view or adjust the resource status change notifications.

To find resources

  1. In the main menu, click Regional Info and then click Find Resources. The Find Resources page opens.
  2. In the What? section, enter the Name, and/or Category (standard resource type)
. The Where? section allows you to search by location. Enter or select your criteria and click Search.

    : For sub-resources,
you can
  1. enter both the sub-resource
name

its
  1. the parent resource
's name in the Name field. This will help
  1. names to narrow your search results.
Use the check boxes to select resources in the results and the buttons

  2. Click Search. The search results appear below.
  3. Select the checkboxes for the resource and, at the bottom of your

    1. Click Notifications. The Edit My Status Change Preferences page opens.
    2. Locate the resource item you want to adjust and, on that row, click the plus sign. The resource items open.
    3. As appropriate, enter notification parameters, such as the Above and Below par level, quantity, and available amount.
    4. Select or clear the notification methods.
