As needed, you can update your system notification preferences to identify the channels or methods through which you receive information such as expired status, incident command system (ICS), incoming patient, and general system notifications.

The My System Notification Preferences page provides a consolidated view of your system-related notification options. This page allows you to specify how you should be notified when specific system-level situations occur. You can choose from email and text pager; in some cases, you can also choose Web Page (EMResource).

  1. In the main menu, click Preferences and then click Notification Preferences. The Notification Preferences for (user) page opens.
