A resource inherits status types from its resource type. Authorized users can also add status types to an individual resource.
Tip: Use the search fields at the top of the Edit Resource-Level Status Types page to locate the status types you want to select from.
To edit resource-level status types

From any page, open the Setup the main navigation bar and select Resources. The Resource List opens.

Locate the resource and click its Status Types link. The Edit Resource-Level Status Types page opens.

Select the check box for each status type you want to add to this resource (Additional Status Types).

Clear the check box for any (non-inherited) status type that you want to remove for this resource.
Note: You cannot remove those status types inherited from the resource type. The check boxes for these status types are selected and disabled.

Click Save.
