Home > eICS > Guide - Settings > Edit Your Profile

You can update information such as your password, security question, phone numbers, notification preferences, and other details on your profile as needed. The fields and options you edit through this procedure are described in-depth through the article About Your Profile

eICS notifies you when an emergency occurs. By default, notifications are sent to your phone, email and/or pager. As a result, it is important that you specify at least one phone number and one email in your profile. When you have more than one phone number, the notification preferences feature in eICS allows you to set or change the order in which the system notifies you by phone.

You can also:

  • Change your primary email address. eICS sends system notifications to your primary email address. Notifications include the initial "Welcome to eICS" message, the message sent when a change is made to your password, and the response when you request your username. When your account was set up, the administrator specified an email address for you, and eICS set this as your primary email. You can change your primary email at any time from your profile.

  • Manage your mobile devices. The first time you log in to eICS from your mobile device, the device is automatically registered to your profile. You can manage some details for your registered devices.
