Every preferred provider list must have at least one provider of each type: facility and mobile.

To edit a list

  1. On the upper right, click System Settings.
  2. On the left, under Providers, click Preferred ProvidersThe Preferred Providers page opens.
  3. Locate the list and click its edit icon. The Preferred Providers List - Edit window opens.
  4. If appropriate, change the Name and/or Description.
  5. In the Provider Facilities section:
    1. In the left pane, select the providers you want to include and click the right arrow. The providers are moved to the right pane.
    2. In the right pane, select a provider you want to remove from the list and click the left arrow.
    3. In the right pane, use the up and down arrows to change the order of providers.
  6. In the Mobile Providers section:
    1. In the left pane, select the providers you want to include and click the right arrow. The providers are moved to the right pane.
    2. In the right pane, select a provider you want to remove from the list and click the left arrow.
    3. In the right pane, use the up and down arrows to change the order of providers.
  7. Click Save.
