You must have an active Juvare account associated with your email address and password to log in to your solution.

Logging In

In these procedures, there are two paths. The path you take is determined by whether or not your organizations uses Single Sign On (SSO), allowing you to access your solutions with a single log in name and password.

If you are unsure whether your organization uses SSO, start the procedure and see which result you get at the point where the procedure splits into two paths.

To log in to your eICS solution

  1. Navigate to the URL for your organization's solution.
  2. For Email or Username, enter the primary email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Take one of these actions.

    If your organization...Then...
    Uses SSO,

    Your organization's log in screen opens.

    1. For Enter password, enter the password associated with your account. 
    2. Depending on your SSO service, click Sign In or Next
    3. You may see a page that asks you to Enter code. If so, use your multifactor authentication service to generate the code and then enter it.
    4. If necessary, click Verify. Your solution opens.
    Does not use SSO,

    A new window opens.

    1. For Enter password, enter the password associated with your account. 
    2. Click Sign In. Your solution opens.

To log in to Juvare's solution center

  1. To access the Juvare solution center, navigate to https://login.juvare.com.
  2. For Email, enter the primary email address associated with your account.
  3. If appropriate, select the Remember me checkbox.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Take one of these actions.

    If your organization...Then...
    Uses Single Sign On (SSO),

    Your organization's log in screen opens.

    1. Enter your username and password.
    2. Depending on your SSO service, click Log In or Sign In. The Juvare Solution Center opens.
    Does not use SSO,

    A new window opens.

    1. For Enter password, enter the password associated with your account. 
    2. Click Sign In. The Juvare Solution Center opens.


  6. Click the name of the solution you want to use. The solution opens to the home page.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to access your account, please use the Need help signing in?, Forgot Username?, and/or Forgot Password? links on the login page. After that, if you are still unable to log in, please contact Juvare Support at 877-771-0911.

To reset your password

  1. On the login page, click Need help signing in?, and/or Forgot Password?. The Reset Password page opens.
  2. Enter the primary email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Reset via Email
  4. Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@juvare.com or no-reply@login.juvare.com.
  5. Open the email and click Reset Password. You are redirected. 
  6. Follow the instructions to complete resetting your password.
