You can easily change the order in which the regions appear in the Other Region List.
This also sets the order in which the regions appear to users when they open the Other Regions menu.
To change the order of other regions

From any page, open the Setup menu in the main navigation bar and select Other Region. The Other Region List opens.

Locate the region you want to move up or down in the list and click the appropriate Display Order link:

The page refreshes to show the new order.
